Please read these terms and conditions carefully before you start to use our website (including accessing or browsing). The Steppe Gut website is operated by Y Family Co., Ltd., and use of it is subject to the following terms and conditions. By using our website, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions and that you agree to comply with them.

Who we are

Steppe Gut is a trading name of Y Family Co., Ltd. (บริษัท วาย แฟมิลี่ จำกัด), a company registered in Thailand under juristic person registration number 0105565114721, with its registered office at 45/1 Silom, 19 Building, 4th Floor, Room 415, Trok Weth, Silom Road, Silom Subdistrict, Bang Rak District, Bangkok 10500. References in these terms and conditions to "we", "us" and "our" are to Y Family Co., Ltd. Steppe Gut is manufactured for us by Monsubi Foods LLC in Mongolia, from mare's milk sourced and fermented in Töv Province.

Using this website

You must be of an age at which you can enter into a legally binding contract in your country of residence to place an order on this website. If you set up an account with us, you are responsible for keeping your password and login details confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account, and you must tell us straight away if you suspect anyone else has access to it. You must not use this website in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or intended to harm or exploit any person, and you must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, the server it runs on, or any system or network connected to it. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict the availability of all or part of this website at any time, for example for maintenance, and we do not guarantee that the website, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted.

Ordering

By placing an order through this website you are making an offer to buy the products in your order, which we are free to accept or decline. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer by us to sell a product. A contract between you and us is only formed once we send you an email confirming that your order has been accepted; an order acknowledgement or receipt is not acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order at any stage, including after acknowledgement, if a product is unavailable, if we identify an error in the price or description of a product, or if we suspect fraud or a breach of these terms and conditions; where we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund you in full. You are responsible for checking that the details of your order, including the delivery address, are correct before you submit it.

Delivery

We deliver domestically within Thailand, using Flash Express or Lalamove, and internationally worldwide, using EMS or DHL. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2 to 5 working days and international orders within 2 to 4 weeks; these are estimates, not guarantees, and international delivery times depend on destination and customs processing outside our control. For international orders, any import duties, customs fees and local taxes are your responsibility and are not included in the price you pay us; these may be collected by the courier or your local customs authority before or on delivery. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time beyond the estimate, or is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at info@steppegut.com with your order number and we will trace it with the courier; if it is confirmed lost or undelivered through no fault of yours, we will offer a free reshipment or a full refund.

Cancellation and returns

You may cancel your order for any reason at any time before it has been dispatched, by contacting us at info@steppegut.com with your order number; where payment has already been taken, we will refund you in full. Once your order has been dispatched we cannot stop it, but you may still return it to us within 7 days of delivery. Because Steppe Gut is a consumable food product, we can only accept a return if the pack is unopened and sealed, or, where you are returning it because of a quality or damage issue, if you provide us with photo or video evidence of the issue when you contact us. To start a return, contact us at the email above within 7 days of delivery with your order number; you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. Once we receive and verify the return, we will refund the price you paid for the product to your original payment method. This policy is our own and is not a statutory entitlement; Thai law does not require us to offer any further cancellation or return right for this type of product.

The information on this site has been included in good faith but is for general information purposes only. It should not be relied on for any specific purpose and no representation or warranty is given as regards its accuracy or its completeness. Steppe Gut is a dietary supplement and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. It should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. It is a dairy product made from mare's milk and contains milk; if you have a milk allergy, do not take it, and if you are lactose intolerant you should be aware that fermentation breaks down most, but not all, of the lactose. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking any medication, or under the care of a doctor for a medical condition, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before taking Steppe Gut. Thai FDA registration is in progress; registration details will be published here on completion. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and you should consult a qualified professional about any health concern. Y Family Co., Ltd. reserves the right to make any changes and corrections to this site as and when it is considered appropriate and without notice.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Thai law. Subject to that, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, or any indirect or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or your order, and our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your order is limited to the price you paid for the relevant product. We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these terms and conditions where the delay or failure results from an event outside our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms and conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the law of Thailand and subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
